Are we teaching the next generation to stand up against poverty?
We have made great leaps against poverty throughout the UK and across the world, yet there is still work to do. We need to teach the younger generation to continue this fight against poverty, inequality and injustice and we, at Signpost International, have just the way to do it. The new Centre for Global Learning will be the first of its kind in Scotland, an education hub for youth and school groups to not only learn about local and global issues of poverty, but to experience what is it like to stand in the shoes of someone living in poverty. Your support will help set up an interactive space where we will use exhibits, virtual reality headsets and outdoor learning to inspire young people to look beyond their own circumstances and become advocates for change.
